1.1 Below, we inform you about the processing of your personal data for the purpose of contacting you, as well as for the application, selection, execution, and marketing of our 130 Years of FALKE campaign.

1.3 The personal data processed as part of the application process include data from audio and photo recordings, including metadata, as well as any other information you provide during the application process. As part of participation in the 130 Years of FALKE campaign, data from audio, photo, and video recordings, including metadata, as well as the details provided in the Model Release Agreement and contact details (e.g., name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address), including information on height, clothing size, and shoe size, will be processed.
1.4 You have the following rights regarding your personal data, which you can assert by contacting us using the details provided:
    • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
    • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
    • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
    • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
    • Right to receive data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format ("data portability") and to have your data transferred to another controller, if the conditions of Art. 20(1)(a), (b) GDPR are met (Art. 20 GDPR).

1.5 You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding our processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR).

2. Contacting Us

When you contact us, e.g., via email, the personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to your inquiry. In this context, no data will be shared with third parties. The data collected in this context will be deleted once processing is no longer necessary or will be restricted to comply with legally binding retention obligations.
You may object to the processing of your data for contact inquiries. Your right to object applies for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can submit your objection using the contact details provided.

3. Application Process
We process the contact details you provide, as well as the photos and stories you submit, for the purpose of evaluating your application for participation in the 130 Years of FALKE campaign. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Providing your data is necessary for reviewing and selecting your application. Without this data, participation in the application process is not possible. We process your data until it is no longer required for the selection process or restrict processing to comply with legally binding retention obligations.

4. Participation in the 130 Years of FALKE Campaign
4.1 When creating and publishing audio, photo, and video recordings as part of the 130 Years of FALKE campaign, our cameras also process metadata such as the time, location, and date of the recording. The purposes of processing are production, documentation, public relations, and marketing of the shoot recordings. Additionally, we process data regarding your height, clothing size, and shoe size to provide you with products for the campaign shoot.
4.2 The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing your data is necessary to fulfill the Model Release Agreement concluded with you. Fulfillment of the Model Release Agreement is not possible without this data.
4.3 We process your data only as long as necessary for the execution of the Model Release Agreement concluded with you. Additionally, we retain your personal data until the statute of limitations for any legal claims arising from the contractual relationship expires. The limitation period is generally between 12 and 36 months, but may be up to 30 years.

5. Categories of Recipients
5.1 Within our company, only those departments that require access to your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations receive access. Service providers and assistants (e.g., technical service providers, photographers, stylists) engaged by us may also receive data for these purposes. We limit the sharing of your personal data to what is necessary, taking data protection regulations into account. Some recipients act as data processors and are strictly bound by our instructions when handling your personal data. Others act independently as data controllers and are likewise required to comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
5.2 Processing of your personal data in a third country only takes place if an adequacy decision by the European Commission exists or if another justification or exception under Art. 46 et seq. GDPR applies. If data is processed within the European Union, it is not excluded that the relevant websites may also be accessed from countries that do not have an adequate level of data protection.
