Terms and Conditions

The responsible party for the brand campaign is FALKE KGaA (hereinafter referred to as "FALKE"). The condition for participation is the submission of a fully completed application form along with photos within the period from March 21, 2025, to April 16, 2025. Employees of FALKE and their family members are excluded from participation.

Please ensure that all individuals appearing in the photo agree to the creation and submission of the photo for the purposes mentioned, as this is a requirement.

For minor applicants, consent from their legal guardians must be provided.

The selection of participants for the photoshoot will occur in two steps:

First, a selection of potential participants will be made from the submissions. FALKE will select the nominated participants by April 30, 2025, and notify the families by email.

The selection of nominated participants will be based on the most inspiring personal FALKE story. In the second step, further details of the individual FALKE story and any open questions will be discussed in a personal exchange with the potential candidates. The photoshoot participants will then receive a personal invitation to an exclusive photoshoot at our company location in Schmallenberg in July 2025.

The photoshoot will take place over two consecutive days at FALKE's in-house photography studio and will be accompanied by a professional fashion photographer. During the photoshoot, image and video recordings of the selected families will be made. The video recordings will also include interview sequences during which the participants will share their personal FALKE stories.

The image, video, and audio recordings created during the photoshoot will be used for communication in the context of the 130 Years FALKE campaign starting in August 2025 on selected digital channels (primarily social media and newsletters) and for international communication on LinkedIn.

The image, video, and audio recordings will be used for the campaign period in 2025/2026.

Travel expenses for invited individuals to the location and accommodation costs at the event location will be covered by FALKE up to a maximum of €1,500 per invited family (upon receipt). Cash payments are excluded.
